cable caching blocks update

mineraft 1.7.2 + forge 1098
!!! if you take map from 1.6.4 to 1.7.2 with this mod, you must use the 1.6.4 to 1.7.2 translater (BETA-1.3.0) !!!

Now you can put any standard block on cable to hide them. Old stone cache system is removed. Now the light is calculated correctly.

!!!! the new cable cachine system is new, do backup ^^ , even if i have tested that, who know ? !!!

Fix some things :
Switch model little glitch
add .config to disable replicator pop
add .config to set light bulb life
monster can't pop nearer than 15 blocks from lamp

New creature ! AI actualy do that :
1 they attack you when you are near
2 they search cable with electricity and steal electricity in
3 they duplicate when they have eat many
4 when they are hungry the become canibal
5 when they are to mutch hungry, they are dead
6 if a voltage surge come in the cable where they eat, they are killed
Actualy they don't spawn, only with egg
