The GPU (ES4) in live area keeps changing alone between 111 and 41. This happens only in the live area

Not something to really care about, just ignore it, it's not an actual problem with the plugin.
I think that this was some method Sony utilized to save battery while on the LiveArea, idk.

Reproduced this issue twice on fresh install of 3.65.
Went into settings signed into psn es4 started rotating from 111 to 41 and crash 3 times. Played around an hour before trying to sign in and it stays on 111. Only after sign in does this happen . Had to quickly lock es4 to 111 profile
After crash and reboot(3 crash ) to get stable

I have a PCH-2000@3.68 and yes only in the live area does this happen but I never had any crashes happening. I would usually play around with the settings and from my experience, BUS only changes the frame output limit, CPU changes the frame processing limit, while ES4 changes the 3D frame processing limit. The screen will start to move slowly as soon as the ES4 hits something lower than 111, same with the CPU@166.
