I likely flashed this camera some years ago as it still had the demo.bin file in the sd card, but I tried to follow the steps to add the bootloader again, and there seems to be no blue light blinking. So, I just copied the files from the firmware_mod to my card and changed wifi address and hoped it would work.
Tell us what happened and what you expected to happen:
When I inserted the SD card, the camera had the yellow light for a bit, and when it turned off, I waited for a few minutes wanting to look at the startup log as I didn't see it connect to my wifi network on my router. When I opened the SD card on my computer, I could see folders named record and time_lapse and the record folder had the videos it took. There was however no log folder, suggesting that run.sh never ran?
Is the record/ and time_lapse/ folder a feature of this firmware, or the official one?
What did you do to debug the issue
I tried looking up the issues but without luck.. I reformatted my 16GB sd card to only have a single 512MB partition..but no go.
Evidence
Please add snippets from the logfiles in:
