Hey, can you please add a LICENSE file?

Edit: I've realized you state:

Feel free to use any parts of my code to develop your own themes, I don't force any specific license on your code.

Perhaps you should use the same Unlicense that Gnome Theme project that you mention uses?

Just assume BSD Zero Clause License as there are no conditions whatsoever.
