A 0.25W 4 Ohm resistor burn immediately on a 12V 7Ah Leap battery.
So when using a 100W 4Ohm does it means that I am using huge amount of electricity or does it mean I block the e- enough to not burn the resistor. And so I am using.

After submitting I realize my stupid question.
12/4 = 4 Amp / s. The current is the same in both case.
But as 4 * 6.24 e- * 10^18 / second e- are exciting the proton in the atoms around.
A 0.25 W resistor is a 2 mm resistor with almost not atoms to share the energy.
When the 100 W resistor is 2-7cm resistor with plenty atoms to share the current excitement.

Am I wrong ?
