Now that we have docs and it's start to get known, we should think about designing a logo for Reactant.jl

It can have some resemblance to the Enzyme, XLA or Julia logos.

Though potentially making a logo not be specifically julia centric may be useful, if we decide to make reactant style stuff available in other languages too
