[Bug] notification not appearing, i can see it into the notification center, but doesnt pop-up

I am having this same issue.

Toast notifications do not show up, but they are visible in the notification center.

Dunst is also not working, but mako works after I run dbus-daemon --session --address=unix:path=$XDG_RUNTIME_DIR/bus.

I am on:
Arch Linux: 6.7.9-arch1-1
DE: Hyprland 0.40.0-1
Laptop: XPS 9320

I have tried both the swaync and the swaync-git package from the AUR.
