  • tested on windows 10, linux 18 and mac os 10.13, successfully opening and building a project on each
    • because of Get updates from online for an already downloaded app #13 i did get caught out not being able to build (because the item had been updated on another machine). i did switch to AppStudio desktop to update the item, but the version loaded in VS Code didn't automatically update, i needed to close the folder and reopen it, before i could successfully build. @zhitaop - can you look to see if there is a way to auto refresh files that have been updated via another app?
  • toolbar icon still needs to be updated

have split the icon updating off to #14, marking it as impeded until the vscode issue is resolved.

in the meantime - @zhitaop - please change the current icon to use https://octicons.github.com/icon/tools/. this one has more visual overlap with our icon.

  • tested on windows 10, mac 10.14 and ubuntu 18
  • the make tool is now a spanner and screwdriver - more similarly resembles our own hammer (at least they are tools!)
