If hand input is present, animate hands with the WebXR. If hands are not present, but the input source exists, set the hand to be in an index pointer pointing state.
The existing implementation (currently disabled) exists in XRHandMeshModel.ts & XRControllerFunctions.ts
Might be worth finding a better model to use too.
