Main window title bar changes its position when switching tabs location

Description:
When changing Tabs location (Settings/Window/Tabs/Tabs location) to Bottom, Left or Right then main window title bar changes its position and appears on the bottom.

Expected behaviour:
Main window title bar does not change its position when changing tabs location.
