schedule for stable releases - max period for the reflection of the fixes

A roadmap for releases is in need. When nightly builds will be released as stable? Tere must be a schedule for stable releases. So many fixes that you did stuck on nightly builds, and users of stable releases cannot see those fixes. There must be a max period for the reflection of the fixes.

Describe the solution you'd like
You better make a milestone for the issues and only mark those issues fixed if those issues reflected on the stable releases.

Describe alternatives you've considered
You better add most of the fixes that stuck on nightly builds, or you also can change the system and use only nightly builds instead of stable ones, and warn users for that at latest future update.

Additional context
my issues at #7727, #6008 and #8588 are closed, but the fixes for those issues are not reflected to stable releases. Waiting for months... but no fixes on stable releases. I think it is time to put some fixes on a next upgrade, right?
