Adicionar o identifier na busca do contato, conforme discussão #393 pode acontecer de contatos terem somente o identifier no contato e não o numero de telefone.
Ainda existe um caso a ser tratado:
Caso o contato for o primeiro a chamar e não tiver o 9 e posteriormente um usuário cadastrar o numero com o 9 digito nos contatos vai continuar duplicando da mesma forma. Teríamos que dar um jeito de sempre preferir o contato com telefone com mais dígitos.
