esse PR vai corrigir o build das imagens do docker e servirá para qq fork sem problemas de atualização.
desculpa aí pelo PR inicial q acabou quebrando o build de prod.
esse PR também só vai gerar as imagens qnd for feita uma release com uma nova tag.
