Some actions don't happen until you go to the next page

This is most obvious with the snack bar, where it doesn't appear after an action (such as saving or deleting a save) until you navigate to the next page. It makes them seem broken, and effectively means they no longer provide (useful) feedback to the user when there's errors, when they report or save something, etc

HOWEVER, this isn't actually an issue with the snackbar. The action itself doesn't seem to happen until you navigate (try deleting two saves on the same quest - the second time you try to click "Delete" in the modal, it doesn't work)
