Issue was found when executing #13351

Action Performed:

  1. Create multiple workspaces
  2. Navigate to /settings
  3. Verify that the avatar does not have a black border around it
  4. Create a group chat and observe the chat avatars

Expected Result:

The border matches the background of the containing element

Actual Result:

Shows black background

Workaround:

Hmm..I am not sure this needs to be worked on, I believe there is an internal conversation about revamping the color of dark mode as a whole, which would likely impact the background with multiple avatars. @shawnborton Do you agree or is this a bug?
