Issue found when executing PR #14822

Action Performed:

  1. Go to URL https://staging.new.expensify.com/
  2. log in with any account
  3. Go to any chat
  4. Add a comment as a code block message -> Send

Expected Result:

An extra line NOT added after sending a code block message

Actual Result:

An extra line added after sending a code block message
