Action Performed:

1. Launch the app
2. Click on a chat that wasn't bold in LHN
3. Receive message from someone else (User B)

Expected Result:

The message from User B delivered immediately and chat in LHN to show as bold with new message

Actual Result:

Chat in LHN wasn't bold and showed old message

Happened again this morn.

• Sent Scott a message
• 20 mins later, hard refreshed desktop, saw chat from Scott and clicked it
• Noticed the chat was sent 15 mins ago.

And.. again, a chat from Al didn't show until I hard refreshed ~3 times (it was 1.5 hours old)

next time you experience this, where you receive a message via email but it's not there on desktop, can you report it here without opening it in the app. So that we can see what you have in Onyx for that report before you open it
