Action Performed:

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Go to workspace settings > Report fields
  3. Click Add field
  4. Click Type > Select List
  5. Click List values and add some values
  6. Return to previous page
  7. Click Initial value
  8. Note that the Initial value page has this subtitle "These values will appear in your report field dropdown. Enabled values can be selected by members."
  9. Save the report field
  10. Click on the added report field
  11. Click Initial value

Expected Result:

Initial value page when opened from existing report field will have the subtitle - "These values will appear in your report field dropdown. Enabled values can be selected by members."

Actual Result:

Initial value page when opened from existing report field is missing subtitle

@NikkiWines FYI I haven't added the External label as I wasn't 100% sure about this issue. Please take a look and add the label if you agree it's a bug and can be handled by external contributors
