Action Performed:

  1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Log in account
  3. Open new chat
  4. Send messages or request money
  5. Go back to LHN

Expected Result:

Land in the New Expensify chats page or land in the same chat as DM after requesting money

Actual Result:

Website takes you to an unrelated link or website after exploring chats or requesting money

Hm, I can't seem to reproduce this issue myself on staging. Could we try clearing local storage and trying these steps again?

@robertjchen Tester is not able to reproduce it today. Two testers were able to reproduce yesterday though.

Hm, I was able to reproduce it locally in incognito mode, but it seems to only occur the first time. Will continue looking into this throughout the week
