What components are related to the issue?

FDP Index

Which FDP are you using?

FDP managed by someone else

Version

Whatever's running at fdps.ejprd.semlab-leiden.nl

What happened?

I created two test FDPs (as in the data artifact, not the program or an instance there-of):

  • absolute - has absolute URLs or pnames throughout.
  • relative - has three relative URLs (about where you'd expect them).

The status shows that the absolute FDP worked but the relative one did not. Curiously, a search shows that both made it into the indexes.

In trying to register a dataset with my local FDP (in docker) for SWAT4HCLS/Biohackathon-SWAT4HCLS-2024#7, I'm possibly running into this issue as well. More debugging tomorrow!
