On spec. of VehicleModel has an electric attribute as a valid value for the attribute fuelType, attributes to indicate battery level or fuel level is necessary, the status if it's at a charging station (another possible data model) or charging status, time since charge, etc.
I found some the attribute http://auto.schema.org/fuelCapacity
that's related to this issue, but for hybrid fuel type, but the electric components represent a separated value from the other fuel. For this reason, the electric fuel should be represented with exclusive attributes
In addition, each battery (for the engine or for other embed electrical purposes) could have the proper data model to specify their own data value, such as charge level, time since the last charge, temperature, voltage, current voltage, etc.
