Where are the Helper Functions?

Namely the functions that were enabled using XAUDIO2_HELPER_FUNCTIONS.
They don't seem to have a FAudio equivalent

Last I heard they were still in Peru... no extradition, I'm sure you understand.

In the meantime we should be able to expose them ourselves, we just need to make sure we have a working force-inline to avoid accidentally adding it to the ABI.
