Expected Behavior

On the page http://localhost:8000/chris-admin/plugins/plugin/, clicking the "search" button should take you to an HTML page showing the search results.

Actual Behavior

It takes you to the URL http://localhost:8000/chris-admin/plugins/plugin/?q=%s (whre %s is the input) which results in a 500 Internal Server Error.
