What it does

Adds entity's sounds based on the ETF / OptiFine .properties format also adds extra sound related utility to ETF and EMF in the form of sound properties and sound animation functions

Why should it be in the modpack

Adds entity sounds to Resource Packs

Why shouldn't it be in the modpack

The mod is in beta and is very new (made in march 6 2024 first commit Traben-0/entity_sound_features@465442c)

Notably it uses the .properties format but OptiFine itself does not have this feature. Need to see how it is perceived in the community, but I do not have high hopes that it will be adopted by resource pack makers.
