Hot reloading causes console to stop auto scrolling to bottom

Describe the bug

After hot reloading, the console stops automatically scrolling to the bottom with new messages.

This is very annoying, since I am often trying to debug with log messages while hot reloading, and don't want to manually hit the scroll to bottom button each time I hot reload.

To Reproduce

1. Fill up your console
2. Hot reload
3. Observe the console not scrolled to bottom

Expected behavior

The console stays scrolled to bottom unless manually scrolled up
