What can't you do?

Currently there is no such action for seeing if the user as moved the scroll wheel up or down or for clicking the scroll wheel

How would you like it to work?

3 New actions for the mouse scroll wheel :
Gizmo.HasScrollWheelUp , Gizmo.HasScrollWheelDown & Gizmo.HasScrollWheelPress

What have you tried?

nothing as they don't exist.
