more smooth draox.py usage #4

What would be very nice is to start draox.py as a separate process / console without blocking that console in Windows.

The desired scenario is:

open console in some code root
start draox.py: python -m gotm.draox -n (this opens new console with draox)
continue work in the same console

Well currently (in windows) you can do ctrl+break which seems to work fine.
