The SDK currently sets the cookie path to the current directory (default for the lib it uses). If we're going to force a default I'd rather it be the root directory /.

Should we provide a way to change this?

For the sake of backwards compatibility we'll have to make this an option and leave the current behavior as the default (even though the default is almost certainly not what anybody wants).
