behaviour request (systray icon)

hello,

about the systray icon, could there be an option to have the normal behaviour: (reducing the window make it disapear to the systray only) BUT with raising the window doesn't making the systray icon disappear

so the systray icon would always be there but the window doesn't reduce to the taskbar but to the systray only

so normal behaviour plus always show the systray icon
