Is it possible to open the popup menu with something like homerow or shortcat

there are apps that allows you to navigate macOS with keyboard using the accessibility API

they work with the native menu bar but unfortunately not sketchybar :(

what I want is to be able to navigate and click on menu items with my keyboard, to open the popup or click the popup item etc.

Is there a way to make them work together, or is it not possible? Thanks!
