Add elements just left/right of the notch

Is there a way to add elements just left/right of the notch, effectively having two notches?

PS I found the discussion

#582 but:

1. This adds just a bracket around the elements for background properties but is not about aligning within a bracket
2. I can't get it to work with SBarLua

Will just freeze Sketchybar. No error output but also no sketchybar

Oh. I can just add elements of equal widths to the center and a "spacer" element of a width of 184 (in my case) just in the middle of those.

I also just found the q and e window positions. They work great when just using the laptop but don't work when using an external monitor.
