I am encountering an issue where I cannot interact with icons located on the left side of the menu bar. Clicking these icons does not present the correct menus. However, icons and elements on the right side of the menu bar are functioning normally and can be clicked without any issues.

Actually, i am not quite sure whether the left menu bar is clickable, but i just check the code of items, i persume there are some functionalities to deal with these kinds of issues. Pls check the screen recoding for more details.

Environment
OS: macOS Ventura 13.6.7
wm: yabai

You should check if the menu script has permission to execute.

This is the path to the script
~/.config/sketchybar/helpers/menus/bin

I have the same issue. the binary is executable, as it could render the menu items, but not of it is clickable. Not sure if it's an issue with Ventura
