Introduce x/foundation to the feature branch. The tasks would be:

  • Update imports to use cosmos/cosmos-sdk (which would be replaced by Finschia/cosmos-sdk)
  • Update tests
  • Apply app wiring
  • Separate the module into a go module
  • Remove global bech32 and use address codec
