[Feature Request] Add Google Authenticator Support

Many apps like discord use google authenticator codes. It would be really nice to have a TOTP and Google Authenticator app instead of using multiple apps to get codes.

Aren't they all based on the same underlying protocol? For me when I use the same account on multiple authenticators like Authy, Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, the codes generated for a given account are the same across all of these apps.
