By entering a team into Blood in the Streets, all players acknowledge that they fully agree to the rules and terms of the tournament.</br>

<div class="rule-title">QUICK RULES</div>
<div class="rule-content">
The People's Choice Qualifier is open to any team from North or South America. </br>
The top eight eligible teams at the close of the People's Choice Qualifier (29 Oct 2017 23:59:59 US ET) will be selected for the main event. </br>
The main event is a double-elimination bracket seeded by vote count. </br>
All Dota 2 games are captains mode.
All Bo3 series are best of three (Bo3), except the final which is a best of five (Bo5).
All players must be 18 years old or older.
