Port -7171-Prod API Key Creation Changes- CHF-1558

Context

Requirement:

By default, all prod API keys shall be created in "Inactive" state only.
To introduce "Refresh" option for API key table. This shall fetch the latest status of all API keys from APIGEE layer.
Note:

Dev Studio team to work with APIGEE team to identify the value of status field while creating prod API key.
As of now APIGEE layer supports only two statuses i.e. Approved and Revoked. We are planning to introduce "Inactive" status for API keys.
