Implement MutableMapping methods #8

`class WarcDB(MutableMapping)`

Due to the normalized nature of the schema, implementing all the methods inherited from MutableMapping would be a pain.

We'd like however to support the following:

def __getitem__(self, item) -> ArcWarcRecord:

def __iter__(self):

def __len__(self):
