Signature page super slow

I do feel that we load both the signature and the
original file records when loading the data in the
signatures page. In not optimal network conditions
this makes the page super slow to load. especially if you have heavy and a
lot of documents.

We shoul bind the buttons to a deferred action. And actually lazy load them.
Do not ask them prior to records all fields!
