Barcode strict length matching

Enrich2 should throw an error or warning if not all barcodes in a barcode FASTQ file or barcode-variant map are not the same length.

It should also provide an informative error message if there is a length mismatch between the raw barcode counts and the barcode-variant map barcode length, rather than just failing to convert to main counts.
