Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A case study with a non-trivial filter comparing and benchmarking different implementation, backends would expose or clarify suspected insights.

Describe the solution you'd like
For example, a 20+ states inertial navigation system extended filter, with a data set, and a symbolic pre-implementation optimized solution compared to the different linear algebra backends could show the benefits/tradeoffs of the solutions with more realistic benchmark data.
