enter-data-helper: jump to new scheme after creation

after creating a new scheme, the user just gets a success note. but neither the new scheme appears in the list of schemes, nor is it opened directly to enter data. I'd say the latter is what I'd expect most as a user, but if that's difficult to implement, at least the list should be reloaded.
