Does this still happen on latest stable version of PPSSPP (1.17.1)? I think it's a PPSSPP graphical issue rather than a CDR bug.

No its not PPSSPP, I tested with and without cw on multiple different combinations and it only happens with cw installed...

I've briefly looked into it before and it probably has to do with the hooking of "cWorldStream_Render" and its modes.. although it really shouldn't. Its not game breaking but interesting for sure
