I have searched the issue tracker for open and closed issues that are similar to the bug report I want to file, with success at finding similar/related issues but without success at finding solutions/workarounds.
I have searched the documentation for information that matches the description of the bug I want to file, without success at finding solutions/workarounds.
This issue contains only one bug.
Describe the bug
Going to any video whatsoever, will bring up an unplayable "video" 0:00 in length, with 0 views and 0 likes, without description or comments, supposedly published on Jan 1, 1970.
Sometimes after entering a video URL or clicking to view comments, an error message will pop-up saying either TypeError: Failed to fetch (most often) or Error: Status code 500 (less frequently).
This happens regardless of installation method (appimage, flatpak, zip or 7z), regardless of preferred API backend, and regardless of whether or not videos are proxied through Invidious.
Expected Behavior
I would imagine the expected behavior is that I can watch a video, read the description and comments*, see the upload date, views and likes.
*Though perhaps it is unreasonable to expect that comments be visible, since they have also not shown on any instance of invidious.io for more than nine months at this point.

I'm not sure that's the same issue, because I've never gotten Error invoking remote method 'generate-po-token' and I'm not using a Pi-Hole. But if you think it's related, I can add my bug report to that issue Oops, no I can't, it's locked and limited to collaborators 😅
