Import skip reason

It would be nice if the import command gave a reason as to why the import of a row was skipped, instead of just silently failing and leaving the user in the dark about what the issue is.

EDIT:
I did find the cause of my issue using the log file. Would still be neat if this information is displayed in verbose mode.

I can't make any guarantees time wise. But i should get around to looking at the projects codebase and submitting a PR at some point.
