docs: Re-instantiate Typedocs for hidden exported functions

Since #835 was addressed, there are a number of functions which are relevant to consumers that are currently marked as hidden such as getTransactionsSummaries for instance. Now that we have a more structured approach to documentation we can discuss how we want to articulate these methods.

Is this issue only about the getTransactionsSummaries or something else, and what exactly?

We must strive to have straightforward and actionable issues that people can work on, ideally without seeking more information than what's on the issue. Otherwise, discussions are welcome.
