Improve local setup of FundRequest platfrom

It might be helpful to move all the steps to get running into a makefile; which is
available on any posix platform by default and which - albeit clumsy to
develop - is an established standard. e.g.
make install
might set up all dependecies such as docker images, make build, aka make runs the
build, etc. Just a thought. In any case: spending even more time on
getting the onboarding simpler might help. Maybe even a virtual machine
that has everything embedded and running?
