The link comes from the MDN BCD data at https://github.com/mdn/browser-compat-data . Seems it's not uncommon for features to link to yet-to-be-created MDN pages, as seen at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/MediaStream#Browser_compatibility

Hey, thanks for reaching out. We've already started work to remove dead links given they are unhelpful for third parties (on the MDN wiki these links sort of exist so that people are encouraged to create the docs, but that's not the case outside the wiki context obviously). See these PRs for discussion/progress:

• Migration 007: Remove all mdn_url 404s mdn/browser-compat-data#5297
• Check for dead/broken URLs (disabled by default) mdn/browser-compat-data#5228
