You can make conferences sponsored.

The light version is by adding a short video in introduction and a slide in conclusion. The content of the conference will not be changed by the sponsored.

The "full version" is a conference made by the sponsor. At DevFest Toulouse, we limited this format to one or 2 slots by year and only for Platinium sponsors.
