What would you like?

It would be nice to easily access the created test coverage report as an artifact in PRs.

Why is this needed?

To validate the test coverage of new functionality, checking out the coverage report should become part of the PR reviewing process. However, right now I do not really know where/how I can access the coverage report generated by Github Actions, so the only way I see I can see this report, is by creating it myself locally. It would same a massive amount of time and simplify the reviewing process if these reports can be access from the browser.

How could it be implemented?

The difference per changed file also does not work, which might even be the most interesting metric.
