Provide a zero lower bound limit for sliders to prevent biologically implausible values

@GeorgeLoizou Wouldn't it make more sense to set properties like a lower bound on a property at the point the model is imported? That way, for instance, the limit also could be used to set a default for the lower bound on a sampling distribution.
